ATTA FLOUR CHAPATTI

Ingredients.

100Gr Atta Flour,1/4 cup water,pinch of salt and 1tbs Oil.

Add salt and oil to the Atta Flour and mix it till it crumbles. Gradually add water and knead to form dough.(dough should not be too soft).Form standard sized balls from the dough and keep aside. (sprinkle Atta flour on the wooden board).Turn the formed balls both sides on sprinkled board and using a rolling pin form a circle out of the dough ball.
